Bone Flute is a Necrobinder-exclusive relic that grants 2 Block automatically each time Osti (Necrobinder's companion minion) attacks. The more Osti acts, the more Block you stack, so decks with stable summon power reap bigger rewards.
The weakness is total dependence on Osti's attack count. In scenes where summon power is short and Osti can't act enough, the relic barely contributes. Stable summon resources via Unbound Soul Box or Death Mask are the prerequisite. The 2 Block figure is modest, sometimes trivial against high Ascension attacks.
